What does the score measure?
How reliably permits close out in the town, how long they take, the parcel’s own flood exposure, road, age and how built-out it is, and the census tract’s FEMA natural-hazard risk, each shown separately so you can see what drives the number.
Does a low score mean my property is bad?
No. Most of the score describes the town, not your specific home. It compares a property across towns, never against the house next door, so a low number usually reflects a town that is slow to permit, not a fault in the property.
